30 Characteristics of the Kingdom in the Bible

The theme of “The Kingdom” runs through the entire Bible, and it’s at the heart of both the Old and New Testaments. Understanding this key principle can deepen your grasp of this principle. It shows us how God rules and reveals His grand plan: He wants to bring His heavenly Kingdom down to earth, where we are meant to rule and have dominion.

  1. God is King (Psalms 47:7). 

  2. God has a Kingdom where He reigns over everything (Luke 4:43Psalms 22:28). 

  3. God’s Kingdom is the location where God reigns (Psalms 103:19).
