I Am Confident (Hebrews 4:16)

I Am Confident
“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”
– Hebrews 4:16 (NIV)

God Says You Can Be Confident

Confidence is a gift from God, grounded in His goodness and grace. The Bible encourages you to boldly approach God’s throne, knowing that He is ready to listen, forgive, and provide exactly what you need (Psalm 34:17). This assurance comes from trusting in Jesus, who made a way for you to connect with God without fear or shame.

God’s grace is abundant, and His mercy is always available. He invites you to rely on Him in every situation, especially in moments of uncertainty. The Lord is your helper; you have no reason to be afraid (Hebrews 13:6). When you place your confidence in God, you find strength, peace, and the courage to face any challenge.

Living confidently means trusting in God’s power and presence in your life. With Him, you can step forward boldly, knowing He is working all things for your good (Romans 8:28).

How to Walk in Confidence

  1. Pray Boldly
Bring your needs to God, trusting that He hears you and cares deeply about your concerns.
  2. Speak Truth Over Yourself
Declare scriptures like Psalm 27:1: “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?”
  3. Trust God’s Timing
Let go of anxiety by remembering that God’s plan is perfect, even when it’s hard to see.
  4. Encourage Others
Share your confidence in God by reminding others of His promises and faithfulness.

Prayer

Lord Almighty, thank you for giving me the confidence to come before Your throne of grace. Help me to trust in Your mercy and rely on Your strength, especially in times of need. Remind me of Your promises and guide me to live boldly, knowing that You are always with me. Thank you for being my helper and my hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
