I Am God’s Worker (Colossians 3:23)
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for people.”
– Colossians 3:23 (NIV)
God Says You Are His Worker
Everything you do matters to God when you do it with a heart that honors Him. This verse reminds us that our work is ultimately for the Lord, not just for people. Whether it’s a big responsibility or a small task, God sees your effort and values the way you work for His glory.
When you work with purpose and determination, you reflect God’s character and bring Him honor. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” Knowing that you’re working for God gives your efforts deeper meaning and encourages you to do your best, even when it’s challenging or unnoticed.
Being God’s worker also means using your talents and opportunities to serve others. Through your work, you can show love, kindness, and integrity, bringing light into the lives of those around you and fulfilling the purpose God has for you.
